As a full time employee, Mira provides dental services at our clinic on Fridays.  After six months, we also offer a Simple IRA Plan, which Mira matches contributions up to 3%.  Mira offers a health insurance option through True Health New Mexico. 

When employees travel outside of the Albuquerque area, in their personal vehicle they receive a daily travel expense on their check.  
School teams travel in company vehicles and are compensated for their time and do not receive a travel expense.  

Mira schedules employees every week.  Employees give Mira their availability for each week, which allow employees to set their schedule.  Every Friday Mira Consulting will send emails to employees with their upcoming schedule.  

Mira Consulting prides itself on providing their clients with needed staff upon immediate request.  Our employees that are available for a specific day will be “On Call”, and when Mira receives staffing requests they rely on that staff to fill those requests.
